Peter Bakker is no stranger to international cuisine. The award-winning chef is proud to offer his expertise as Kitchen Manager of ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.
Peter Bakker is passionate about food. Having worked in the kitchens of four- and five-star international restaurants, he has a wealth of gastronomic experience. Highlights of his career include being crowned Dutch National Championship Chef 2003 and winning The World Championship with the Dutch culinary team in Bangkok in 2009. When he’s away from the kitchen, Peter enjoys ocean sailing.
